I want to make load balancing to: 3 in wan, 1 out lan.

I have 2 internet connections (comments asking why are not necessary as thats not the reason for this thread).
I have the following on the cisco router…
FastEthernet0/0 (linked to Dialer0) for ADSL2+ PPPoE for Internode
FastEthernet0/1 – LAN
Ethernet1/2 – Optusnet Cable
What I want to do is use some of the potential sitting on that Optus cable connection [...]
